All our technicians are fully trained by our own team of qualified engineers at our purpose-built headquarters. Each engineer is thoroughly tested on installation at our factory before they make visits to carry out installation at a customers premises under the careful supervision of a fully qualified engineer. Even when they themselves are fully qualified and experienced our technicians have the full support and on-line help of our engineers back at base.

With a Coolair system installation we are able to monitor quality at every stage from manufacture of the system through to its installation. Wherever the installation takes place, customers are supplied with a guarantee that matches, or is often more extensive than the vehicles original manufacturers warranty.

Installations in the UK are carried out either at our own factory, or at the customer's premises. Either way, installations are carried out wherever possible to suit the customer, so that particularly in the case of commercial vehicles, the vehicle is off the road for the minimum amount of time. Components, pipes and fittings are specially manufactured to fit each vehicle type, and each system is thoroughly tried and tested by our own research and development engineers before it is passed for production and installation.
